Your intent is not the same as their experience.

What if the part of your leadership you can't see is the part shaping your experience?
Leadership begins with intent. It shows up in the experience that lands in the room.

The Internal Leadership Drivers Profile (ILDP) brings the less visible parts of your leadership into focus, helping you see the patterns shaping how you lead.

What you may not see

You know how you want to lead better than anyone, but you can't always see the pattern.

Most leaders have a pretty good sense of how they lead. But knowing your intentions isn't the same as seeing your patterns. Some patterns are so familiar that they become invisible to us.

You may be highly capable, yet not notice that you become less consistent when your position is challenged.

You may be decisive, yet not notice how the way you frame a decision affects how readily others move with it.

You may invest deeply in relationships, yet not notice when you lose sight of the broader priorities shaping the work.

You may step in because you want to keep things moving, yet not notice when you're carrying more than the situation actually requires.

That's what ILDP is designed to help you see: not simply what you do, but the pattern underneath it, and how others may experience that pattern.

Patterns don't announce themselves

They show up in the decisions you make, the space you occupy, how you respond when challenged, how you engage others, and what happens when the pressure increases.

ILDP is a personalized leadership assessment designed to reveal the patterns that influence how you lead and to identify what may deserve your attention first.

Why this isn't another quiz

When you're missing something about your leadership

Most leadership assessments give you scores. You read the numbers, read the descriptions, recognize a few things, and then you're left asking:

ILDP takes a different approach. It doesn't simply ask whether a score is high or low. It looks at the relationship between your responses to identify patterns.

One isolated score may not tell you much. But when the same pattern appears repeatedly across different leadership conditions, it can tell you something more useful: where your leadership is most consistent, where inconsistencies may be appearing, and where your attention may have the greatest impact.

The framework

Four leadership signals that shape how people experience you

ILDP looks at four leadership signals that shape how others may experience you in your role.

How you occupy leadership space, contribute your perspective, and hold your place as a leader.

How you form, communicate, frame, and own judgment when a decision needs to be made.

How you navigate the people, priorities, relationships, and dynamics around the work to create movement.

How you connect what you do to broader outcomes and priorities.

These signals aren't separate parts of how you lead. They overlap, reinforce one another, and can create different experiences depending on the situation.

Your leadership pattern. Not just another score.

ILDP is designed to show you where you're less consistent as a leader.
It looks beneath your Authority, Decision, Influence, and Capacity signals to identify what repeats and how those patterns may connect to how you're experienced as a leader.

You already know how you think, act, interact, and react. What you can't always see from the inside is what becomes less consistent under the real pressures of leading - pushback, change, resistance - because your attention in that moment is on what you're trying to achieve, not on what may be changing in how you lead while you're achieving it.

And sometimes, you know what works, but it isn't automatic. You may recognize it and even lead that way, but because it isn't your default yet, staying consistent takes more awareness than you'd expect.

Where the pattern becomes visible.

Your profile looks at each leadership signal through four lenses — think, act, interact, and react. Together, they help distinguish between a consistent pattern in how you lead and one that changes depending on what the moment requires.

You may see a pattern that appears in one area. That can give you a clear place to focus without suggesting that the rest of your leadership needs attention.

You may see the same pattern show up across different leadership conditions. That can tell you the pattern is broader than a single situation and may be worth examining more closely.

Or you may find there isn't a concentrated pattern at all. In that case, the variation is still information, showing you where your leadership holds steady and where different conditions may change how you lead.

That's important. ILDP isn't designed to find a problem just because you completed an assessment. It's designed to let the evidence point to what may deserve your attention.

What you get

What your profile shows you.

1.

See your leadership pattern

A personalized profile showing the patterns emerging across your responses

2.

See where your leadership is consistent, and where it shifts

Across Authority, Decision, Influence, and Capacity, and through the four lenses those signals move through — think, act, interact, and react.

3.

See what deserves your attention

When the evidence points to a clear pattern, your report brings it into focus. When it doesn't, ILDP doesn't force one.

The goal isn't to find something wrong. It's to help you see what deserves your attention and highlight where you're already leading strongly.

Is this for you?

Is ILDP for you?

ILDP is for leaders who are curious enough about their leadership to look beyond what they already know about themselves.

You don't need to be struggling to benefit from ILDP. You're already leading. This is simply a way to see that leadership more clearly, so you can lead it with more intention.

Sometimes the most useful leadership question is simply;

What am I not seeing yet?

ILDP is designed to help you answer exactly that, through the evidence already present in your own responses.
